Bold and beautiful, this locally made tonic uses raw cinchona bark— sourced from a sustainable farm in the Guatemalan rainforest—to create an earthy, rich bitterness that no other bottled tonic can claim. Emboldened by orange peel and fragrant rosemary and finished with a pinch of fleur de sel, this tonic takes tonic in a more savoury direction.
StrangeLove was born in Byron Bay NSW where founders James Bruce and Stafford Fox developed a passion for organic produce and stumbled upon an old family recipe for a ginger elixir. They set about trying to put that recipe into a bottle utilising only organic ingredients. Word spread and pretty soon Bruce & Fox were being asked if they could offer other craft mixers. Strangelove was born. Locally made (in Victoria) from the finest domestic and imported ingredients, StrangeLove's tonics are super premium craft tonics, made for the bar trade and for all purveyors of top-shelf spirits. They nail the initial brief—to offer maximum respect to the spirits they have been designed to pair with.
