Made in Melbourne by Aaron Trotman and William Wade, ex-NOMA Chef, NON is revolutionising the booze industry. Created by a Chef, the brand was first born to be paired with dishes from the best restaurants in the world. The flavour combinations, each of which were tweaked 20 or 30 times, make just as much sense in a glass as they would on a plate. By the way, the NON sparklings go into a wine glass, for more style.
