Family Estate | No 1 Cuvée | Blanc de blancs
For almost 40 years, champagne maker Daniel Le Brun has had one goal: to make Méthode Traditionnelle wines that rival the best in the world and to do it in Marlborough, New Zealand.
The first record of a Le Brun planting vines in France is from 1684 and the family still produce Méthode Traditionnelle under their own labels in France. Eight years on lees delivers compelling style with a sensual feel to this blanc de blancs.
Crafted in New Zealand by No 1 Estate this multi-award winning wine displays typical, complex, champagne-like characters.

Awards & Reviews
"No.1 Family Estate No.1 Réserve, Méthode Traditionnelle, NV: Extra ageing on lees (8 years) has given this magnificent Blanc de Blancs compelling style and sensual feel. The immensely complex bouquet shows golden peach, apple pie, rich floral and undeniable yeasty notes, leading to a superbly concentrated palate that’s multi-layered and lingering. This is completely delicious with gorgeous savoury nuances and creamy mouthfeel."
