Miguel Torres | Santa Digna | Estelado Rosé Brut
Pale rose colour, with fine and persistent bubbles. Hints of red and citrus fruits dominate on the nose. On the palate, fresh, lively, and a genuine characteristic of the ancestral Pais varietal. The fruit for this is sourced from a dry farming area near 'Concepcion' and uses 'fair trade' farming.
Founded in 1870 by Jamie Torres, today the Bodegas Torres is considered to be one of the world’s great wine families producing wines from across Spain, Chile and California. Torres has 1700 hectares on vines in Catalonia, which provides about one quarter of the companies production.
Torres is a member of the Primum Familiae - a collective of the world's finest wine families including Chateau Mouton-Rothschild, Antinori, Pol Roger, Hugel and Tenuta San Guido.
