What we think... We love the almond, apricot and nougat aromas. Flavours are fresh, clean and filled with bright tangy red fruit. A little bite from the phenolics and the finish is warm and toasty. This is an excellent example of Kiwi fizz.
For almost 40 years, champagne maker Daniel Le Brun has had one goal: to make Méthode Traditionnelle wines that rival the best in the world and to do it in Marlborough, New Zealand. This is a blend of all three varieties in your classic 'Brut NV' style of bubbles.
The first record of a Le Brun planting vines in France is from 1684 and the family still produce Méthode Traditionnelle under their own labels in France.
