Saison is a classic Belgian farmhouse style, that was traditionally brewed by farmers and their workers to drink during the summer months. Each beer being native to their air and unique to their microbiological surroundings. 

The Chevalier Saison has been brewed in Beechworth since 2005. Light straw in colour with fruity aromas and a tart, dry, refreshing finish.
