The Napoleone family grows, pressed and ferments the pears themselves, using a strain of white wine yeast native to the Rhone Valley. Their cider-making shares the same DNA with their wines: purity of fruit, intensity of flavour and Yarra Valley hand-farmed quality worth sharing.
With aromas of earthy ripe pears on the nose, this Pear Cider has depth and intensity. A luscious mouthfeel with ginger spice and lime peel, with a crisp, fresh finish. Just like biting in a juicy, ripe pear from the Yarra Valley.
